Pastor Tari Stage-Harvey is the mother of three (Hannah, Sophia, and Elijah) and the wife of Kirt Stage-Harvey. She was born and raised in Grove City, OH and received a B.A. in theater and world religions from Mary Washington College in Fredericksburg, VA. After graduation, she worked as a Presbyterian volunteer in Angoon and fell in love with Southeast Alaska. She returned to Columbus, OH to study for ordained ministry at Trinity Lutheran Seminary. Her internship congregation was a rotation of six congregations around Thief River Falls, MN. Following ordination she served for nearly ten years at two congregations in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan (Trinity in Brevort and Zion in St. Ignace). Pastor Tari returned to Southeast Alaska with her family in December, 2008 to serve at Shepherd of the Valley. |

Bianca Reece, is SOV's most excellent secretary. Originally from Longview, WA, she worked seven years as a nanny in New York and then moved to Portland OR. There she worked for a direct marketing firm for five years. She relocated to Juneau in December of 2008. In addition to her work as part-time secretary, Bianca is also the Program Coordinator at the Boys & Girls Club of Juneau. In her free time, she loves to play softball and read. From time to time, she may be seen orbiting Juneau in her Saturn. |
